GRK Manufacturing
History...

GRK was
formed in 1988 when it purchased the assets of
Manual Arts Furniture Corporation and continued
in operation what is now the oldest manufacturer
of piano benches in the USA. The company
was started in 1915 when two manual art teachers in Cincinnati began making piano benches and
stools for the local piano manufacturer,
BALDWIN. The piano bench manufacturing grew to
include other fine music furniture,
a sewing operation to make covers and cushions,
and a distributor business to provide lamps and
other music accessories to it's piano store
customers throughout North America. |
Today GRK
continues it's fine furniture manufacturing and
augments its product line by importing parts and
assemblies from the Orient. It continues
manufacturing innovation with patented music
storage cabinets, and patent pending piano
movers for small grand pianos. The company is
especially proud of its fine
employees and the
outstanding service they provide our customers. |
